OK.  That works.
I'll take a spot, anybody wish to join the board?
I think five would be good for voting purposes.
Thoughts?

Thanks for the kind words Gos!.
With regards to planning I always look at the 6 P's.
Planning and Preparation Prevent Piss poor Performance.

So even if you can't have a detailed plan, I'm a firm believer in having some sort of plan, even if it's division assignments and a general idea of what to do and whos doing it.
When we fly the AKA Campaign, if nobody wishes to do the planning, I'd be happy to do so.
Keep in mind if we are flying an AKA Campaign, which is the goal, we only run the server once a week (as it stands now) so planning would be very desirable and possible.
This in turn will better prepare us for flying in other servers as a group for those who wish to do so.
A couple of points we should consider from our escapades last night.
If we fly as  a group we need to have one or two ac types in the group i.e P40's and A20's.  Not three or four different ac types unless a plan calls for it.
The reason being, formation flying will be a tad easier with regards to speed, maneuverability etc.
I also think we should use the AKA ops manual as a guide for airfield operations etc.  If we are all on the same page we will have less issues. (but that's my weird thinking)
If we all know how we should form up, we will be able to do so fairly quickly without several tours around the airfield.
Overall, it was a great evening and I had a lot of fun.
Thanks to everyone who showed up.
It was a pleasure!

Salute Gents,
I have returned from my travels.
To clarify, I stated we would fly the campaign in its entirety, then meet to discuss any changes we would like.
Regardless of any changes, all pilots will fly both sides of the campaign.
I hope that clears up any confusion.
