For my taste though, that is close to perfect for a majority of the planes and I adjust the others as and when required.

I do mine a bit different.  I set the centre point at mid point 45 degrees down approx. 2 small boxes then adjust any individual ac as required.
The trick imo is to leave the nose pulling up just a bit when your hands free.
But that's me.  And I'm weird! :o

No trim wheel in these puppies.
However, You can downplay constant the forward stick by adjusting the responses.
I can go over that with you on TS if you wish as it can be a bit funky. (funky not being a technical term) :o
