I am pretty sure this is what we want.

Check out the first sentence in the last paragraph:

In case you did not know, you can incorporate the Labels.lua into your .miz file to enforce it in Multiplayer environment for everyone that connects. If you need to know how, please ask.

I think it is just a matter of changing the Labels.lua file to get rig of the "label" but keep the dot.

IMO we should be running this for all of our DCS missions until ED comes out with their new spotting solution.

I will play with the settings a bit offline to see if I can get it right.

Updated several missions of UH-1H Argo Campaign.
Updated several missions of A-10C The Enemy Within Campaign.
MP anticheat. Speed relative explosion power is clamped to 500 m/s.
Controlled Ground units can pass through tunnel wall. Fixed.
Fixed issue with ground AI when given stop and resume triggers returns to previous WP instead of continuing the route.
UH-1H UN Campaign mission 2 trigger will working.
Fixed ME error me_map_window.lua in dynamic weather panel.
Sea waves animation will be works correctly from inside some cockpits.
Multiple flights starting on a FARP at the same time will not spawn on a player.
Tanker will be fill external tanks of aircraft.
B-17G ball turret will fire.
B-17G will attack enemy at second approach.
UH-1H: Fixed issue with barometric altimeters when atmospheric pressure below limit.
AI Radio. Fixed error in wMessage::buildSpeechQ appearing in some conditions.

Top, sorry for being a bad CAP pilot last night, the lure of easy kills was too much of for me, I should have left those Heli’s alone and kept my missiles for a real threat (or at least kept the missiles).  When the Mig 21 took off from Kutasi I had no A2A missiles and I could not get back to you in time to kill that guy before he got you. 

Sorry about that, I will be more disciplined next time.

So MP has been bad in 1.5.8 Beta and 2.2 Alpha since last patch, even with the hotfix (don't think they tried to address it)  There seems to be a workaround.

DCS Series Flight Sims / Harrier Campaign.

I was thinking it would be cool to do an AKA AV-8B Harrier campaign based on the Caucuses Map.  I know how to make basic offline missions but I am willing to learn how to make multiplayer missions to support this.  I was hoping we could get 3 or 4 guys to make two to three missions each and we could have a pretty good campaign.  This would of course be after the 2.5 merge since I doubt missions made in 1.5 beta will port over.

What do you guys think?

Sometimes the DCS community is really good.

Unfortunately I think this is going to be tricky to fix.  It seems we go back and forth, too little drag, too much drag, too little drag.

So I Have gone back and started fiddling with my graphics settings to see if I can increase my spotting ability in BOX.  I have most everything maxed so the game looks good but as you all know seeing other aircraft is a problem.  I read a post where someone suggested turning off SSAO and HDR so I gave it a go but did not really see a difference. But I did see that I had sharpening off, from what I had remembered it added a shimmer to everything that did not look good, so just for fun I turned it on.  It still gave a shimmer to everything, including other aircraft.  To be  honest my first impression is that it allowed for aircraft with certain backgrounds to be more defined, pop or shimmer a bit and I would say increased my ability to quickly pick them out.  Check it out and let me know what you think.

How do the Paratroopers work?  I know that the TAW manual says (60 or more and there is a capture)   I take it the plane has to be the JU 52, how many paratroopers does one carry?  How many people have the JU52?

 I saw the drop zone last night and it got me thinking about this.

So tonight we got roughed up on the Wings of Liberty server flying Red.  The 190s were just going to town and I was very frustrated.  Afterwards I flew some quick missions offline with the 190 and now it makes perfect sense.  The FW 190 is straight up UBER.   Honestly I hate that word but I am not joking, it can turn with any plane in the game and the accelerated stall is nothing short of silly.  Know I know why the 190 jocks are happy to throw it around, there are no consequences.   It is the easiness FW 190 I have flown in any sim hands down,  Add the four cannon, the best speed of any plane, great visibility and no engine management it is by far the best fighter in BOX. 

You guys should take it out for a spin and let me know what you think.

I am going to need to fly blue for a while to help my ego..
