Should be available Friday assuming no issues crop up this week with the RC

Should be around 4GB.

Installer should be as simple as telling it where your CloD directory is located.

There was some talk about having it use Steam to update - not sure yet.

Also was talk about using bit torrent.

Looking between the lines

to me they spent a lot of time making sure the 109s have every conceivable " historically accurate " feature for improvement on all aspects DM and FM models, mean while they reduce the only 2 items on the spit that made it viable, stall recovery and turning ability and also they strengthen 109 and bomber armour but don't give us 20mm cannons to compensate .
it will be interesting to see how many spit pilots jump to the blue side in the first week.

No one mentioned about the 15 mph speed advantage the spit had over 109 at sealevel that will be first thing I would want  to test for "historical accuracy"

I will definitely post the link when allowed - I am currently helping seed this torrent- the more seed, the better distribution we will get.

Jericho - much much work went into the whole FM/DM, Buzzsaw ran this well.  It will still be an evolving thing - but I think he is very objective and has a great deal of knowledge and information.  Getting the game to be like the historical data can be challenging.

Honestly, I think it will be fun to basically re-learn and test ourselves when we all get the patch.

I hope to be proved wrong  ;D but as now and in the past the axis hard core always seam to have the ear of the developers of coarse iam grateful to the team for all their work But almost always allied aircraft end up with some non historical disadvantages .

:'(But in reality un less they have access to the same data the DCS guys we are always going to have issues and I understand that ,it is just that its getting old , and the older I get the more cynical I become.

Been waiting a long time to fly an historically accurate Spitfire Jeez must 15 years since Janes ww2 fighters  :o

Hoping for the best looks like my download is going take a couple of hours if get it installed after the mission today I will be testing on ATAG if anyone is around.

Did some TF4.0 flying what an improvement graphics  ;D I can see stuff I could never see before. with everything turned high even the clouds look superb.

the effects are realy nice

But just don't get hit,  1 Hit and you have 3 mins to get back to base before you have total seizure.

iam presuming 1 bang on the plane = 1 hit but plane losses most of its functionality , many times I watched 109s play with 4-5 spits and hurricanes take damage with no or little effect.

hope try more tomorrow

I flew some this morning.  YAY!

I can finally see the enemy!  They don't come out of nowhere, hit you and disappear.

The Hurricane feels like a fighter.  At least it is competitive.

I turned on trees and shadows and was still getting 35 FPS, so they really optimized the graphics!

Amazing...  All I can say!
