The latest version can be downloaded from dropbox here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/keqhs9xtwxbypl0/AKA%202-5%20MP%20Training%20Caucus%20ver%202.4K.miz?dl=0

Just put it into your saved games location, under Missions\Multiplayer, for example:  C:\Users\xxxx\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Missions\Multiplayer.

To play it, you can either host your own multiplayer mission via the Multiplayer menu, or you can play it as single player via the Mission menu (which is nice, as you can then fast forward via L-Ctrl-Z/L-Shift-Z, which you can't do as multiplayer).
