AKA_Thumper has been located behind enemy lines.

The French underground has gotten word to me that they have Tad, AKA_Thumper, in their protection. Tad sent this note:

"I’m still around but working too much and w/o a decent machine to fly on. When these two situations sort themselves out I do intend to return to flying, although I suspect that’ll be months away at best."
AKA_Thumper

It's good to ehar he's out of harm's way and hope his flying machine comes together sooner rather than later.

He's been moved back to the active roster.

Received the following from OzZiggy, a former 609 ace pilot and bard.

"Hi Jim
Thanks for the heads-up we are still alive and kicking. My new baby girl is just 10 months old and doing well. This absorbs a lot of my time. However, there are murmuring from the troops in 455 to join WD en-masse. Its the timings that are they issue. However, the feeling is that we could start an australian presence that may build on itself. Trying to work in with your online war activities albeit in a different time slot.
What are your thoughts on this type of set-up?
cheers Zig"

This is terrific! Hope you old 609 boys remember OzZiggy.
