TM Warthog - Mod & Stnads
« on: June 07, 2018, 09:20:01 pm »
All,

I am looking to get my TM Warthog HOTAS setup and have a couple of questions.  I h ave seen some things about a mod to the joystick that helps with movement and spring strength.  What I have seen is a 3" extension.  Does anyone have this mod, and do they thing a 4" (10 cm) would work as well.

Also, I am interested in what people have for setup to put the HOTAS on and chair setup.  As of now all I have is a typical rolling desk chair.    Any ideas aand suggestions will be GREATLY appricated.

TIA,
Clutter

You mean like this?

3" Extension... This made a huge difference to the smoothness and ease of moving the stick in precise small increments when added to the grease mod and it's solid....It's like a new stick ...4" will work but you'll really have to try it .....the longer you go the lighter the action will be.
