Your DXDIAG should show it.
Go to the search line and type dxdiag.exe and check it there

Try what Gos said.  I found it via TARGET.  You dont want to use it just for that.

That is what mine was.  Have you every had any problems with Windows or games not seeing axis movement?

I have.

Thrud talked me into using each CH controller separately in the games, instead of combining them with CH Program Manager (which puts all three devices into one device, which is then recognized by the games). This seemed to work fine in my games for a while.
After adding a couple Thrustmaster MFD's to the system, I found I was unable to use my joystick and one of the MFD's in BOS and also in COD and IL-2 1946.

I found that after adding the controllers, (without using CH Program Manager) it made too many controllers for the games to be able to recognize, especially in 1946, which is specifically limited to like 4 controllers max.
In COD and BOS I was able to find a file that listed the controllers and noticed there were several entries for the same controller(s). After removing the duplicate entries, the sticks worked OK.

Since this would not work with IL2-1946, I had to use CH Program Manager anyway, so I decided to use it and create just one profile, calling it Basic Flight, which I use for every sim. I just program the keys inside the individual, games to recognize the buttons on the sticks.

Easy-Peasy

Gos

Widows sees the joystick, but when you go to properties and test, it doesn't show x & y axis movement.  Sometimes.  And that is the problem, it is intemitent.  Am running a few more test.  Sigh.

Did you try this > uninstall target...clean every file out and reboot ...see if you still have the problem.

Promlem pretty much solved by pluging the stick directly into a port.
