According to a UK site on the Me262:
The Me 262 first flew in combat on July 25th, 1944 when it attacked a Mosquito flying a reconnaissance mission over Munich.

The Me163 first flew in combat in Germany in July 1944, intercepting high altitude Allied bomber streams.

The Arado 234 first flew in combat in December 1944, so that is a bit late for this campaign.

Assuming we're going with France 1944 "around D-Day", in order for the Allies to have a foothold and maybe a base or two, it would mean slightly after D-Day.   The Allies took Caen in early August, so that would probably be a good time for the campaign, with Caen airfield and other coastal airfields controlled by the Allies.

Based on this it still seems feasible to have a limited number of Me262s and Me163's at the supply base only (they can be ferried of course :) ), maybe 2 each...
