No, not this specifically.  I the a newer attwmpt at this is called MOOSE.  I haven't tried it but Dino has.

I tried to get Moose to work bout a year and half ago.  Never got it to actually work.  Decided to stick with core LUA and build my own functions.  Which i did successfully for the training map that uses it that made triggering and spawning aircraft no longer a nightmare to add/update/ and ect via command menu.
