Since the patch, I get flashing on the inside panels of the cockpit that appear to be like a shawod effect that comes every 4 seconds and lasts about 1/4  second each time. It's annoying as hell. I've tried adjusting the antialiasing settings to no effect. I've added a link to the forums and we'll see what kind of response I get there.

Crap
I was really careful about making sure it was a legit file.
When I was satisfied of that, I went ahead and double clicked it and let it install to the default directory.

I guess that was a big mistake!
Only, now when I installed it I see no servers at all and I can't figure out what version it actually is.
I must not have done something right. I really Hate patches that require rocket science degree to install properly!

Updated the video drivers and the problem is gone now.
Ram, be sure to empty the cache and shadows files/folders then go to a quick single mission before you try to go online.

I remember a long time ago, getting problems like what you describe in another flight sim,, it was driver settings then...

Installed and flew single mission as suggested.

Still drops to desktop when finished flying and hitting ESC to go back to main menu.

No brakes even though screen message says so.

Looks better and no video glitches.

Put aside for now.
