We are strategic gains not points gains..as I'm concerned we took the ground..they play the points stratagy and can play the Sim on hyperlobby all u want every day and get that. ..So for me...after 15 years of simming this is what I want. An adult chess like strategic experience

8)I've said this before. We entered into an agreement with the 352nd? that the highest point score was the winner. If some of you think that taking terrain is more important, our negotiator should approach the 352nd about changing the way we score the War. We have gained "Points" when we have taken ground in previous Wars we have fought. Negotiate new scoring rules or forever die by the points!

Hey, ya'll. We play to have fun and do what we can. We're gonna win some, we're gonna lose some.
Have fun and don't worry about it.

The stats look great Gos!

I have questions regarding some of them with respect to showing a more accurate picture of the Battle.
(Some of this comes from the way we look at data in the labs where I work, so no worries. I am not a real scientist I just play one on TV.)

Q1
Does the number of sorties reflect getting shot down or killed by ground fire? Is there a stat to show successful sorties (as in pilot lives to see another day by not getting shot down or killed (plane damage aside.)

Q2
As far as air kills go, does it make sense to find the number of (successful) sorties whereby the plane was either returned or at the very least the pilot lived to see another day.

Q3
Assuming the answer to Q2 is yes, it would be very interesting to see what the real kill ratio is of all of us, (both air and ground kills per sortie.) For example Dividing the number of air kills by the number of (successful) sorties would give a very accurate picture)

Do you REALLY want someone peeing on your parade??

I can do it if you want, but it's a sure-fire way to pop the balloon of the few who need their balloon to stay in the air during the campaign.
Your choice, guys.

S!

Flying an offensive campaign is almost always going to be more difficult and costly than a defensive one that as well as the aircraft available is the reason you switch sides.

If you are thinking about changes they need to come at the start of a new campaign not at the halfway point and they need careful consideration as they usually have consequences you don't expect.

We're not contemplating any changes to the campaign. It's fixed. We were discussing the way the stats are displayed, contemplating adding some additional information, like the airfields captured and ground gained. We'll addd those stats at the end of the campaign.

BE AWARE, EVERYONE, AFTER THE FINAL PHASE, WE WILL BE SWITCHING TO HSFX7.0.3. I'LL LET EVERYONE KNOW WHEN THIS IS HAPPENING, BUT NOT FOR ANOTHER 20 MISSIONS!!! DON'T MUCK WITH YOUR GAME AT THIS TIME!!!!!
Violators will be shot!
